Opening Call: 13th of September (Zoom meeting).
Initial Career Audit: A deep dive into your current situation and roadblocks (Homework you do before your first individual session, then we review it together).
6 Individual Coaching Sessions: Your topics, your pace, our expert guidance (every 2 weeks, Zoom meetings, individual scheduling).
4 Hot Seat Coaching Sessions: Direct, high-impact breakthroughs in a group setting (Zoom meetings, calls will be recorded, you will have access to the recordings. Dates are: 20th of September, 11th of October, 8th of November, 6th of December).
Wrap Up Call: 13th of December (Zoom meeting). You’re leaving with clarity, a decision, and a plan for your next chapter.
Continuous Support: We’re in your corner throughout the entire program (WhatsApp Group).

Group Coaching

About Us

I'm a Balkan expat living in Poland. Have moved places 18 times and counting. A few years ago I realized the most meaningful work I was doing wasn't in my job description - helping ambitious women make peace with impostor syndrome. I'm a huge believer in the power of group coaching — tried it on myself.
I'm an ACC ICF certified coach and IT manager in banking with 100+ people mentored across almost a decade in corporate.
Between work and everything else, I'm either producing a podcast for Balkan millennials living abroad, going down a rabbit hole on some random topic, or having very serious conversations with my dog and cat.

Born and raised in Warsaw. Cat person who became dog step parent not long ago. Ran two half-marathons last year.
I studied Mediterranean Civilization and Slavic Studies at University of Warsaw. I speak Polish, English and Serbo-Croatian. Currently learning Danish.
I am an expert in business process management and service delivery optimization. As a senior manager, I enjoy the most development work with my reportees. I am an ACC ICF certified coach and experienced mentor.
